No. Most clients we work with are starting from scratch. We evaluate your current stack, identify what's needed, and build it incrementally. AI readiness is something we architect into products from the start — you don't need to have invested in AI tooling beforehand.

We offer both project-based fixed pricing and time-and-materials engagements depending on project scope and clarity. For well-defined projects, we prefer fixed pricing as it aligns our incentives with your outcomes. For exploratory or evolving work, time-and-materials with regular checkpoints works better.

Our quotes include a full scope breakdown, delivery timeline, team composition, technology costs (third-party APIs, hosting, etc.), and assumptions. We're transparent about what's included and what might lead to scope changes. No hidden costs.
